Your mental health needs are addressed in the order that you prioritize them, a biopsychosocial approach is employed during your initial visit and subsequent visits.

Telehealth

Health Medix Center specializes in comprehensive mental health treatment in-person and online! We use a confidential HIPPA compliant video chat format that allows you to connect with her right from your home or office, whatever is most convenient for you.

Psychotherapy

Therapy is a way out of some problems. You do not have to struggle in silence. Our therapists are trained in different therapy modalities. Our therapist will work with you to find which works best for you.

Medications Management

The use of medication has been proven to help with the chemical imbalances associated with some psychiatric disorders. Here at Health Medix Center, our patients that choose to receive medication for their wellbeing receive all the information and side effects of every medicine given. We are here for you and your family.

Initial Visit

Please plan to arrive on time so that we can complete your records. Bring your medical insurance card, pertinent medical records. Prior psychological test reports, and any rating scales or questionnaires.

Cancellation Policy

In today’s hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully request that you cancel your scheduled appointment by phone a minimum of 24 hours in advance. That way the open slot can be filled with someone needing an appointment.

If you do not cancel by the deadline, you will be assessed a $50.00 missed appointment fee. This fee is not covered by insurance carriers or Medicare/Medicaid and will be your responsibility to pay before your next visit. Your cooperation and consideration are appreciated as we institute this new policy.

Most of the time we remind our patients a day before their appointments but we are not obligated. Therefore, it is the patient’s responsibility to keep track of his/her appointment.
